President
Krista is an business entrepreneur, who has started three successful companies in the Commonwealth of Virginia. She has a long, distinguished career listing positions such as a marketing director for financial investment and advertising companies, culminating as the Director of Catalog Marketing for Discovery Communications. Krista was one of the first female investment brokers for a Fortune 100 investment company and is a respected and trusted adviser to C-level leaders in government and commercial organizations.
Ted Kniker
Executive Vice President
Ted Kniker is an internationally recognized expert and leader in organizational performance improvement, with extensive executive leadership roles in the public and business sectors. His work as Chief of Evaluation and Performance Measurement at the U.S. Department of State was recognized by President George W. Bush, benchmarked by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and the Government Accountability Office (GAO), and called a best practice by the State Department’s Office of Inspector General (OIG).
He brings over 30 years of cross-sector and cross-functional team experience to his clients. Ted has led the nation's leading think tank for government performance, accountability, and transparency, and developed innovative approaches to measuring social impact and return on investment of hard to measure programs. He also has served as a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Examiner, applying research-based continuous improvement from a systems perspective.
